Méthode chimique de détection de l'ionisation de produits alimentaires riches en lipides.

OBS

Le principe de cette méthode est de comparer la composition en lipides du produit avec certains produits de radiolyse, les hydrocarbures [...] ou les cyclobutanones [...] Il est nécessaire que le produit possède une teneur en lipides suffisamment élevée mais une composition relativement simple (au maximum 3 ou 4 lipides principaux); la méthode est applicable aux viandes, à certains poissons voire à des fruits tels que les noix.
